Meet your therapist!
Hello, I’m Mycah, and I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to learn a little more about me! My journey into the mental health field began with a deep interest in wanting to help those who struggled behaviorally and emotionally, which led me to earn my Bachelor’s in Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. During my time in Chicago, I had the privilege of volunteering in various roles, where I worked with high-risk youths. These experiences gave invaluable insights into some of the challenges that children and teens may face.
After moving to California, I pursued my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, MA, at Pepperdine University. During my time at Pepperdine, I worked at a teen residential program and at a non-profit that focused on supporting high-risk individuals and gang-affiliated teens. There, I provided one-on-one and group therapy, helping young people navigate difficult life circumstances and build the skills they needed to thrive.

She’s also a big anime fan—favorites include Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, Tokyo Revengers, Tokyo Ghoul, and Solo Leveling (don’t get her started unless you’ve got time 😅).
