GIVE YOURSELF THE SPACE TO GROW.

  • Individual

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? In individual therapy, we create a supportive space to explore what’s weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or life stress. Together, we’ll work to understand your challenges, build on your strengths, and help you move toward meaningful change and healing.

  • Pre-Teen

Big emotions can feel confusing at this age—for kids and parents alike. Our work with pre-teens focuses on helping them understand their feelings, improve communication, and build healthy coping skills in a way that’s age-appropriate, engaging, and grounded in trust. We also collaborate with parents to strengthen the support system at home.

  • Teen

Adolescence is full of change—social pressure, identity questions, emotional ups and downs. Teen therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk, explore struggles, and learn tools to handle life’s challenges. We support teens in navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and more, while keeping open communication with caregivers as appropriate.

  • Family

When communication breaks down or tensions rise, it can affect the whole family. Family therapy helps improve understanding, repair relationships, and work through conflict in a way that honors everyone’s voice. Whether you’re navigating parenting challenges, major life transitions, or long-standing patterns, we’re here to help you move forward—together.

What we Treat

  • You might feel like you're moving through life in slow motion—like you're stuck under a heavy weight you can’t explain. Maybe you're exhausted all the time, even after sleeping. Things you used to enjoy no longer interest you. You might find yourself withdrawing from people, struggling to concentrate, or feeling numb, hopeless, or like things will never get better. We work with individuals who feel this kind of emotional heaviness, helping them reconnect to themselves and rediscover meaning and relief, one step at a time.

  • Anxiety can show up as a constant buzz in your mind—racing thoughts, worst-case scenarios, or the fear that something bad is about to happen. You might feel physically tense, on edge, or have trouble sleeping. Social situations might feel overwhelming, or you may avoid things just to keep the anxiety from spiraling. Whether it's generalized worry, panic, or fear that interferes with your daily life, we help you understand your anxiety and build practical tools to feel safer and more in control.

  • If you've experienced something deeply distressing—an accident, abuse, loss, or another traumatic event—you may feel stuck in the past. You might have nightmares, flashbacks, or sudden waves of panic. Certain sounds, smells, or situations might trigger overwhelming fear or cause you to shut down. You may feel disconnected from others, emotionally numb, or always on alert, like danger is just around the corner. We provide trauma-informed care that helps you safely process your experiences and begin to heal.

  • You might be noticing that your child is acting out more than usual—having intense meltdowns, refusing to follow rules, being aggressive, or withdrawing completely. Maybe every day feels like a power struggle, or you're walking on eggshells to avoid another outburst. You may be wondering, Is this normal? Are they just being difficult? Or is something deeper going on?

Behavioral challenges are often a child’s way of expressing emotions they don’t yet have the words or tools to manage. Under the surface, there might be anxiety, trauma, attention difficulties, or challenges with emotional regulation. We work closely with families to understand what’s really driving the behavior, support healthy coping skills, and create structure and connection at home. You're not alone—and with the right guidance, change is possible for both your child and your family.

  • Life can pile up—work deadlines, school pressure, caregiving, financial worries, or major life transitions. You might feel like you're barely keeping your head above water, constantly juggling responsibilities while running on empty. Chronic stress can impact your sleep, mood, and relationships, often without you realizing how much it's affecting you. We help you slow down, understand your stress patterns, and create space to breathe, recover, and move forward with more clarity.

  • Sometimes, emotional pain feels so overwhelming that physical pain seems like the only way to cope or feel relief. You may hurt yourself as a way to feel something, to punish yourself, or to manage emotions that feel too big or confusing to name. If you’re self-harming, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. We offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to understand what’s underneath the behavior and help you find healthier ways to cope with difficult emotions.

  • If you’ve had thoughts like “What’s the point?” or “Maybe it would be easier if I just disappeared,” you may be feeling deeply overwhelmed, isolated, or hopeless. You may not actually want to die—you may just want the pain to stop. Suicidal thoughts can be frightening and difficult to talk about, but you don’t have to carry them alone. We offer compassionate support to explore these thoughts safely, reconnect with hope, and begin to rebuild a life that feels worth living.

When I have been listened to and when I have been heard, I am able to re-perceive my world in a new way and to go on. It is astonishing how elements that seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens."

- Carl R. Rogers

My Approach

  • DBT is all about helping people handle really strong emotions and build healthier relationships. It teaches practical skills like how to stay grounded in the moment, manage stress, and communicate more clearly. It’s especially helpful for those who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore.

  • CBT helps you figure out how your thoughts affect how you feel and what you do. It’s like learning to spot those negative thought patterns and swap them out for ones that are more realistic and supportive. It’s a hands-on, goal-focused approach that works really well for things like anxiety, depression, or just feeling stuck.

  • CPT is a type of therapy that helps people heal from trauma by looking at the beliefs they’ve developed because of what happened. It’s about making sense of the experience and gently challenging the thoughts that might be keeping someone stuck. A lot of folks find it brings a real sense of clarity and relief, especially when dealing with PTSD.

  • Humanistic therapy is centered on the idea that you already have what you need to grow and heal—it’s just about creating the right space for that to happen. It’s a warm, nonjudgmental approach where you can be fully yourself, explore what really matters to you, and work through things at your own pace. The focus is on you as a whole person, not just your problems.

I’m passionate about what I do, and I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth—at your pace, and on your terms.

I believe that therapy is not a “one size fits all” process. Everyone’s experiences and needs are unique, so I tailor my approach to each person I work with. Whether through traditional therapy methods or integrating a bit of fun into our sessions, I focus on creating a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and empowered. My goal is to connect with you in a way that’s authentic, meaningful, and supportive.
